Title: Ep 6: I Do
Description: (contains spoilers)

I just watched the last ep and there's only one thing I want to say about this.
Did the writers lose their vibe?
seriously, what's going on? over the last six episodes absolutely nothing interesting happened. nothing but mindgames and even those weren't all that good.
I'm a bit disappointed about it.
I wanted something banging. This end is nothing like that.

What do you mean?! I just saw one hell of a cliffhanger! Kate and Sawyer can't run and get into safety, because they're on an island. So whatever they do, it's all gonna fall apart and they will stay in the hands of The Others.
At least, that's what I think...
And the suspense around the possible Sawyer-killing was immense. It was nearly killing me! I thought this was a good episode.
BTW: Locke is really getting into his "fate rules!" phase. I wonder what he'll see if he lifts up his eyes to the north.
Or may it just be a Biblical phrase from the book of John, written by Eko and not meant for Locke. Mysteries abound ;)

I guess I'm not with ya on this one Jo. For some reason I couldn't get into the whole "oh my god, they're gonna kill Sawyer". I didn't feel the suspense the way I used to. During the whole second season, I was on edge. This season I wasn't.
All I kept thinking was "wouldn't it have been more interesting if a shot was fired, but you didn't know who did it or who it was aimed at". Now that would have been a cliffhanger.

Uhu, that thought crossed my mind too. That would have been dreadfully frightning. The way they ended it now was more psychologically based: even if Kate would want to run she can't, and if she doesn't want to run she must (or something).
I have mixed feelings about the mindgames that Henry/Ben is playing: on one hand I couldn't care less about Jack and as long as Henry/Ben is busy with Jack, Charlie and the beachdwellers are somewhat safe. But on the other hand I'm intrigued about Henry/Ben: what the hell was he doing on the island, what kind of society did he live in and what the hell does he want to achieve with playing everyone up against each other.
There's just so much vagueness (and halfnekkid Sawyer) that I just keep watching and hoping for answeres (and even more halfnekkid Sawyer).
The Sawyer episode was brilliant, btw. The doubt-issue was very strong, and when his heart started racing when he saw Kate getting changed: abso-effing-brilliant!

I felt the same way as Jo when I saw this ep. Even though I know they can't kill Sawyer (they CAN'T, right?) I found my heart racing. I thought it was a wonderful fall finale...especially since I've come to not expect much from Kate episodes. Of course, I wasn't a big fan of season 2 (I really didn't like the hatch), so this "adventure" stuff is more exciting to me.

I don't like Kate. The end. Did you not realize that he was a police officer before you married him?
I was also expecting more than just a huge cliffhanger. But it seems like a coup is starting! I likey!
