What I keep thinking about is: if Ben's got a tumor and he's gonna die soon, why does Juliette want jack to help her kill him during surgery? I mean, isn't he gonna die on his own. If he is indeed the one with the tumor.

Perhaps Ben is hoping to play Jack/Kate/Sawyer off against one another... still not sure who that strange girl is either, the one who was talking to Kate a few eps back and then again last season when she was chatting to Claire.
