Oooh we just watched it and wow was shocked at 1) how well it worked with just Jack/Kate/Sawyer and 2) The MASSIVE shock at the start!

1) Nice that J/k/S have their own ark for a few episodes at least... "Ben" is scary :hee: um not really sure what else to think of it really!

2) After last seasons opening I thought "We'd never get caught out like that again" and boom it happens again, but :o :o :o :o that was so so clever, "Cant really be on the Island" but it WAS!!!!!!! (tudy<

Not going to make sub forums for the eps this year because they werent really used :( so if you want to talk about an shown (upcoming etc) episode make a thread for it. Dont post any spoilers from future/current episodes in past threads.

I just watched it too and was also glad to see such a good opening again. But where do I recognize Juliet from? *does some research* Ah, I recognize her from ER, not from some old Lost-eppy.

Anyways, episode had some good suspense, but Jack-centered episodes are not really my favourites. Sawyer-in-a-cage, on the other hand, that's something I do like.

I'm not sure if I can handle if the focus will be on Jack/Sawyer/Kate for more than 1 episode. There are way too much good characters neglected this way. Can't wait to see Charlie again. I missed him!

I have to agree with both of you. My jaw DROPPED after the opening...and then I had a big goofy grin because I was so happy that I was caught off guard.

I found it to be a very good start to the third season, but like Jo, I missed Charlie.

And thanks for saying that Juliet was on ER...I thought she looked familiar!

I just downloaded Eps 1,2 and 3. Watched one and two.
I was flabergasted by the first scenes in ep 1, but I must say that after that it hasn't gotten much better. I'm not a huge fan of flashbacks. In my opinion it just takes too long to get to the actual story. Especially ep 2. It was just dragging and dragging.
Something interesting better happen in ep 3.
please.
