After seeing the new Coldplay video this morning, I had the urge to start a music video discussion.
Coldplay has amazing videos: the latest one (The Hardest Part) features two old people doing a rock 'n roll-like dance while Coldplay performs. Quite scary to see halfnaked old people, but really funny. It is styled in an eighties look, there's a talkshow-host with big hair and shoulderpadding that expresses her amazing towards the old lady that danced.
And Guy has a lot of screentime while he strums his bass. Me loves Guy and the way he moves
I always loved the video for Manson's "I Don't Like the Drugs." Ooh, System of a Down's video for "Aerials" creeps me out.
The other day James Blunt's video for "High" was on VH1. The mother walked in and said "He looks like he's on Lost" while he was in the forest. :hee:
I like the music video for "So Cold" or whatever it's called by Breaking Benjamin. **I'm the worst at names for bands and songs** It's amazing, mostly black and white and the little objects with colour. The setting is beautiful and the whole atmostphere is a bit eerie. I love it.
