I haven't finished it yet, but the beginning again is WOWSERS! Another new POV (go Jo!) and a very big revelation about Snape. Now we finally see some of him outside Hogwarts. I have to read more from that, but I love it already. This book is amazing!

Hmmmm OK this one was different again, I think it was more of a recap about Snape more than anything else... I guess that You Know Who wants Harry dead...but as with all the books so far unless they spell it out DONT BELIEVE IT!

We learn a little more about what’s happened since which has been good, especially if you haven’t read the last books recently, I also like how it wasn’t just a direct boring recap and was written in a clever way, so it sounded like new material when in fact its just old stuff.

Also Draco’s mum! That was new right?? I cant remember lol

Yup, Narcissa has only had a brief appearance in GoF, and there she was described as someone who looked like she had dragon dung under her nose. I really felt sorry for her in this chapter, she's just a worried mother who's stuck in a situation she can't get out of.

When I finished this chapter, I was kinda dumbfounded. I have no idea what to think of Snape anymore. Is he on our side, is he on Voldie's side? Is he a doublespy, a triplespy? I'm still trusting Dumbledore and thus hoping that Snape is doing his job for Dumbledore, and keeping the vital information about and from the Order away from Voldemort.

I'm not sure if "the dark lord" (like this name so much more than lord voldything) wants Draco to kill Harry. I'm mean why would he not be able to succeed in that. He'd just get crab an goyle to help him and Harry's dead. It has to be something else.

Also I'm not quite sure if Snape did know about the plan. He could have been bluffing. All he said was: I know about the plan. And then Narcissa blurted it out about Draco. And all Snape said was: if Draco succeeds he will be honoured above all others. Anybody could have said that. It doesn't mean Snape knew the plan

It's gonna be quite a surprise who's side he's on though.

As all the times before I still don't know what to think about Snape. It is a fact that I don't like him, but something keeps me thinking that he's on our side.
It would be too easy to tell the reader in the beginning of the book that Snape actually returned to the Death Eaters.
And as we all know, Jo likes to get people stunned by suddenly turning out things the other way they seemed before.

I'm also not sure what to think about Snape anymore.
He did promissed Bellatrix that he would finish the job if Draco would not succeed :Huh?:
I so hope that he's still on our side! i mean, it could get very dangerous if he's going back to Hogwards beeing on Voldemorts side!
