Mr Majeika is a character from a kids book, if I remember correctly (and it's a long time sinceI read the books) he had some sort of magical abilities, which were controlled by a tuft of hair sticking up on his head. when he did magic the hair would twitch. (Like I said, it's kids stuff, and it's along time since I read the books)
