Finally, my local PBS station is showing this. Starting on Thursday. Don't know how long of a run it'll have, but I'm still pretty excited about it.

I finally got to watch an episode.. and I totally love this show. lol. Its very cheesy, and cheeky, but Dom ... just cracks me up. So young. <LOVE>

i havent seen it :( i asked for the first season for cristmas, but it was too expensive...maybe July then....

I've only seen a few episodes (but not the infamous butt-baring one <_< )...I like what I've seen, even if it is kinda corny... ~Wink~

I nearly had a heart attack when I found Hetty Wainthropp Investigates: season 1 on the video shelf at my public library!

I liked it! I loved when Hetty would yell at the criminal in a man-voice! <DiE<

And I liked the episode when she called Geoffrey a "cheeky monkey". I love the woman who played her! (--)

But I haven't seen any of the other seasons. If other seasons show up at the library, I'd be very happy! (woW>

I think I'm going to have to go shopping soon (DanCe) everyone seems to love watching it.

Does Dom sounds like Grown up Dom, has his voice broken?

O, it is well worth seeing. As I recall it was cancelled after two seasons, but I watched all of it. Don't have it on DVD. But it must be possible to get it somewhere. Dom does look much younger, inevitably, but he is ever so good in it. :o

Actually, Hetty lasted for four seasons. The infamous shower scene is in the 4th season.

Can't wait for that dvd to be released #haha#

You know I have a memory of only two. How wierd. It is not that it is a long time ago. There must be loads that I have not seen. :o

In the states it was shown in a different way. Although Stacy is correct there are 4 seasons in total (woW>

Season One, is only 6 eps long (early 96)

Season Two, the same (Late 96)

Season Three, was the biggest with 9 (Late 97)

Season Four, was back to 6 (middle 98)

Then there was a special for comic relief (A UK event that occurs every two years designed to raise money in a comical way) I think that must have been 99 as its always the odd years... anyway Dom wasnt in that ><()

edit: I WATCHED THE FIRST 2 EPISODES!! it was actually really good! i LOVE mysteries! (books, movies and tv) and then you add Dom to the show....*thumbs up*
