Title: Talk about All the Best Cowboys...

Hestia - May 16, 2005 09:51 AM (GMT)
OMG... What happened to poor Charlie }C/{

As I already knew that Charlie wouldn't die, I actually felt a bit jealous of Jack when he was resuscitating Charlie. I wish I could perform mouth-to-mouth on Charlie, although I'm sure that I would die then... :drool1:

Anyways, very tense yet funny episode. What did you think?

I also kwew Charlie wasn't gonna die. Makes me want to avoid spoilers even more. Because it would have been much more intense if I hadn't known.

I liked the Walt bits. They were funny:
Walt: you owe me 10.000 dollars
Hurley: you'll get it

Sawyer: I'm getting the evening news from a six year old
Walt: I'm 10

Charlie (or Ethand) leaving a trail of Charlies finger thingies made me think of LOTR's. It was funny. I thought: hey, Charlie has seen the two towers. Ha,ha.

Now what on earth did Locke and Boone run into. Is it a box, or something bigger??
Is there a link to that cable Sayid found at the beach a couple of ep's back??

And there's deffo more "people" on the Island. Charlie said that THEY were only after Claire.

My god is that Ethan dude scary!!!!!

Yes, and Ethan could never got Charlie up by himself, someone helped him.

That finger thing made me think of LOTR to #haha#

Uhu, when Jack said that Charlie was leaving those bandages on purpose, I had to think about Pippin and his brooch too! #haha#

The Walt-scenes cracked me up too! I loved how he said to Sawyer that a fake name is really stupid. Hah, eat that, Sawyer!

Maybe those 'others' have Orcs and Uruk Hai's too!! To help them #haha#

That's it. We solved it. LOST is LOTR. See, even the letters are almost the same.

Tigerlily - May 18, 2005 05:10 PM (GMT)

:lol: Classic. I just watched it this morning and I agree with everything you said! If I hadnt known Charlie doesnt die I think I would have been upset too, I mean part of me even thought "OM he is really dead!!!"

That was really excellent, I liked how it was different interaction to normal i.e Boone and Locke, Walt and Hurley etc

The only dull part was Jack being "Mr I'm gonna save them all" it just shows how annoying its going to get when he has to save the day all the time, even at the end he was getting the important information out of Charlie.

:lol: But he did save our hero So I'll let him off this once :Wink1:

Yeah I also knew Charlie wasn't going to die, but when I was watching it a part of me was thinking "he's really dead" - it was so tense! I think the whole scene was really well done actually, really convincing

I've just got one thing to say, how come Jack got a second flashback when some characters have yet to have a first one?! :thinky:

I don't mind seeing Hotass Fox more often ... :red: :drool2:

BTW, has anyone ever recognised that heroes in movies are mostly called Jack??

That's so .... stupid.... ::@
