For everyone who can receive the Dutch Channel RTL5: Tomorrow afternoon they will air the 1978 Lord of the Rings-animated movie. I've seen bits and pieces of it last year, and Aragorn, Legolas and the Hobbits aren't as pretty as "our" Aragorn, Legolas and Hobbits, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

A friend of mine had the vhs from that movie.... It's funny but it's not the whole movie! They stopped after the two towers, the money was gone ><()

Yeah, I think I noticed that too when I was watching the animation last year. I was getting into the story and was just starting to recognize the characters when the movie suddenly ended. Kinda weird to distribute and sell an unfinished story ><()

I used to watch that movie when I was younger. Though I didn't really understand it. But I watched it recently ( in the past 6 months) and I got the grasp because I have seen the movies. It seemed kinda weird.
