Well since I won't be online tomorrow I thought I'd put this up now. So Happy St. Patrick's Day to all of ye, anyone who's celebrating it, I hope you have a good day, I know I'm going to ;)

St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland, he brought christianity to Ireland and March 17th is his feast day. Basically everyone gets the day off, there's a big parade in Dublin and then there are parades in most cities and towns around the country, there'd be marching bands, street performers, that kind of thing. A fair few Americans seem to have come over to march in the Dublin parade this year. The parade is usually over by 2, depending on where you are of course, then everyone spends the rest of the day getting horribly drunk and I'd say the whole country is hungover this morning, the place was dead on the walk into college today ;)

I live in Australia!!! YAY!!! Yer, I had a pretty good day this year. It kind of passed me so quickly.... oops, I kinda forgot........ But I still had a great time, so I wore green undies!!! (little bit much information, but, meh)

Yeah I had a mad laugh, me and three friends decided to avoid the madness that is the centre of Dublin on Paddy's Day and went to one of their houses with loads of drink and stayed drinking there, I was home by half 12 though, had to get up for college, but we had started drinkin at 4pm ?.(0

i missed the celebration in here yesterday!
but my friend spent $14 at a party store and came to school with clover stuff all over her, and she got us St. Paddy's Day buttons! mine said "i speak fluent Blarney" a few people asked me if i really did....i was like "...no" itd be cool if i did though!! plus our school uniforms are green, so we dont have to worry.
