I have a serious board addiction going on here. It's very slow at work lately. So I don't have that much to do. Besides doing a staring contest with some spiders and watching my nails grow. So I usually pop in several times a day (just for a minute or two at a time). I decided I have to quit that before it gets too bad. And you know what, I couldn't do it. I just forced myself not to check in for two hours. I thought I was going crazy. My arms were numb and I couldn't think straight. So I just started pacing back and forth.

I'm doing a scientific experiment on the life span of a red balloon.
Two and a half years ago I inflated this balloon for a co-worker’s birthday (we always decorate the birthday boy/girl's workplace) I never got rid of one balloon. It has been in a closet ever since and it has to stay in one piece for as long as possible so I can study it's behaviour. Red (my nickname for this particular balloon) is starting to wrinkle. He's showing signs of old age.
I've become very attached to him. Especially since my breath is in it. I gave him life.
