Come on, all you diehard LotR fans! This is a place for you to come if you go on theonering.net (or any other LotR site) daily, if you attend conventions just so you can be among the goodness of the trilogy, if you find yourself needing to view all three films on a regular basis, if you've been interviewed for (or wish to see, or have seen) "Ringers: Lord of the Fans", and/or if you have a burning desire to possess just about anything Lord of the Rings.

If you satisfy one or all the criteria mentioned above, you are a self-proclaimed Ringer!

Happy Ringing! ><()

*disclaimer: "Ringer" is not my term...It is used officially at theonering.net and Ringers: Lord of the Fans

I'm a Ringer, too, and I'm PROUD of it. I go to conventions, although not specifically LOTR conventions, I go to Collectormania, and London Film and Comic Con.
I can't wait to see "Ringers: Lord of the Fans". I've seen the LOTR films a combined total of well over 500 times, I collect whatever LOTR memorabilia that I can afford (unfortunately not enough)

I know what you mean! My family thought I had enough stuff a long time ago, but it'll never be enough. I've had my eye on the Noble Collection chess set, but it's so expensive...ahhhh...

(Grrr!) <---me wishing I could afford more stuff

Meriagrin Brandytook - March 16, 2005 08:41 AM (GMT)
I want the chess sets, I've got LOTR Trivial Pusuit, LOTR Monopoly and LOTR Draughts (checkers) I've also got a beautiful pewter Saruman goblet, which I got as a wedding present in 2003. And of course I've got the statues from the EE's

onlyonekingDom - March 25, 2005 09:31 PM (GMT)

hi guys! i am definately a hardcore ringer! i am in LOVE with tolkiens work. and i dont like it just because doms in it, or because its a great movie, i love the books. i love the history, the languages, the races. it is sooo intriguing to me! i have 2 sets of the movies (on regular, on extended) a set of the books, the hobbit, the sil, and another tolkien book, return to darkness. i can like recite the whole movie from like one line, and if im listening to music, i can pick up simularities from it and the lotr soundtrack, and then i visualise the scene and whats going on. i dont like to call it obsessed, i like to call it passionate. ive read the trilogy itself about 5 times, and rotk about 6. and i found about dom from LotR. oh and i love anymovie that has lotr cast in it. especially national treasure. mmm sean bean...
